This project consisted of a geotechnical investigation of the area within the scope of work then demolition to an area behind an existing office building to make room for reinforcement to the adjacent slope with tiebacks and soil nails. The reinforcement is done to prevent further creep of the slope and is followed by a new drain and building pad to be built back up to pad grade for the building.
