Our mission is to provide clients with cost-effective solutions to their engineering challenges and be innovative leaders in the practical application of geotechnical science.
Forensic Investigation
Geotechnical challenges in the southwest include landslides, ground settlement, expansive soils, near-surface groundwater and other conditions that sometimes result in post-development issues. Our professionals and trained staff have over 100 years of combined experience in analyzing these problems and finding practical repair alternatives. When disagreements arise, we are often asked to provide expert testimony or other service associated with the resolution process.
Geotechnical Feasibility Studies
TerraPacific’s professionals have valuable experience in subsurface investigation and feasibility studies for new development. Our scope of work ranges from geologic reconnaissance to detailed field explorations. We closely interact with our clients to develop functional earth work and foundation designs.
Construction Monitoring & Testing
Successful implementation of plans and specification requires careful monitoring by an experienced technical staff with the ability to resolve problems in the field. Our personnel are available to monitor and test the geotechnical aspects of any construction project
